oDIX8 and Equiti Health cover complementary halves of clinical-AI safety. oDIX8 works at the clinical encounter, where a tool meets a decision; Equiti Health works at the population level, on post-deployment harm surveillance and equity across patient subgroups. One looks at the single case, the other at the distribution, on the same problem.

Why we declare it
Independence is the product. Clinical references are contracted and disclosed, never shareholders; oDIX8 does not build or sell the tools it assesses, and is not vendor-funded. The structure is the guarantee, so we do not have to claim independence, we can show it.
